Contact students in MyClackamas (Self Service)

On the occasion that Moodle is down or you otherwise wish to contact all or select students from a course you are teaching you can contact them through Self Service in the myClackamas portal.

Refer to the Communications Comparison Chart to determine which option will work best for your needs.

Navigate and then login to the MyClackamas portal

Select the Faculty view (if you have more than one view)

Click the Self Service link in the navy section near the top of the page

Click the Faculty item

Click the Roster tab (if it’s not already selected)

You should see all your assigned terms and courses listed below Manage your courses by selecting a section below.

Under the appropriate term, click the name of your course.

NOTE: If the course you seek is NOT listed here for some reason, you might explore other terms or contact your Department Administrative Assistant to ensure you are officially assigned to this course.

Click the Email all link above the list of students.
