Contact students in MyClackamas (Self Service)

On the occasion that Moodle is down or you want to email all registered students in a course, you can use Self Service in myClackamas.

Refer to the Communications Comparison Chart to determine which option will work best for your needs.

Navigate and log into myClackamas.

Select the Faculty role.

Click the Self Service link in the navy section near the top of the page.

Click the Faculty category.

Under the appropriate term, click the Section you want to use.

Click the Email all link next to envelope icon.

This will then open the Outlook client with all registered students listed in the Bcc.

NOTE: Contact ITS if Outlook is not your default email app.
