How-To Set Up My Signature in Quickmail

Set up a signature in Quickmail so you don’t have to type in your full signature to each message.

If you haven’t already you need to Add the Quickmail Block to your course.

Click on the My Signature link on the Quickmail Block. 

In the Select Signature To Edit drop-down choose Default (default). 

NOTE: You can set up multiple signatures with different titles, but then you will need to make sure you select the correct one each time you compose a message.

Enter your signature in the Signature textbox.

Click the Save or Update button to save your changes.

Click the Back button to return to the course page.
