The Contact Information block is an essential element in the Course Structure Template. Follow these directions to update your Contact Information block in all your courses with your image, phone number and office hours.
Log into Moodle.
Select the Profile option from the User Menu located at the top-right of any Moodle page.
Click the Edit profile link.
Enter your phone, office hours and other important information in the Description text box in the General section.
Inside the User picture box…
drag and drop your image file into the dashed box or click the Add… button (paper icon) and select the image file from your computer.
Scroll down and click the Update profile button.
