Enter your grades into myClackamas > Self Service
NOTE: Grades do not automatically populate from Moodle to Self Service. Instead, Registration and Records will send instructions on how to manually enter Final Grades near the end of the term. If you need help entering your grades into Self Service, please contact Registration and Records at registration@clackamas.edu.
Set up an Incomplete Course
If you have a student that you have assigned with an Incomplete, you should set up a separate course for the student to complete work for the course.
Backup your course
We recommend you backup your course if you want to have immediate access to course content older than 2 years. You can then restore the backup of your course at any time. If you do not have the backup file and do not have access to the course in Moodle, please submit a ticket to OLET via Online Learning/Moodle Support.
